It is recommended that labs be done prior to an office visit whenever possible. Labs can be drawn at any LabCorp patient service center located throughout the United States. After payment has been received through Phreesia (online or in the office), a lab order will be provided via email or Hello Health.

Required anytime blood is drawn for single or multiple lab tests.
DHEA-S – $50
Important adrenal hormone and hormone precursor in men and women.
Complete Blood Count (CBC) – $20
Includes hemoglobin, hematocrit, platelets, and white blood count.
Estradiol – $70 and Progesterone – $45
Important sex hormones. Not routinely checked in males.
Complete Metabolic Panel (CMP) – $20
*Fasting for at least 8 hours preferred
Includes glucose, electrolytes, and liver and kidney function.
Hemoglobin A1-C (A1C) – $25
Shows control of blood sugar over the past 2-3 month period.
Lipid Panel – $25 *Fasting for at least 8 hours preferred
Includes total cholesterol, HDL (good), LDL (bad), and triglycerides.
NMR Lipo Profile – $130
Advanced cholesterol profile, includes LDL particle size and number.
Vitamin D – $100
Assesses 25-OH Vitamin D level which is often low in most individuals.
hsCRP – $25
Important inflammatory marker.  Specific to the heart.
Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) – $20
Signal from the brain telling the thyroid to increase production, elevated levels indicate low thyroid hormone levels.
Ferritin – $50
The body’s major iron storage protein used to indirectly measure iron stores.
Free triiodothyronine (free T3) – $60
The most helpful lab test for assessing symptoms of low thyroid, and guiding treatment. T3 is the active form of thyroid hormone.
FSH – $40 and LH – $40
Helpful in diagnosing menopause and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
Free thyroxine (free T4) – $30
Additional lab test that can be helpful in treating thyroid disorders.
IGF-1 – $75
Helpful in assessing need for and treatment with growth hormone.
Free testosterone – $60
Active form, and the most important test to assess testosterone level.
Cortisol – $35
Stress hormone produced by the adrenal glands.
Total and Free testosterone – $90
Not routinely checked in women, but can be helpful in males.
Thyroid Antibodies – $70
Helpful in diagnosing autoimmune thyroid disease. Includes thyroid peroxidase (TPO) and antithyroglobulin antibodies.
Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) – $65
Includes total and % free. Screening test for prostate cancer and required yearly when treated with testosterone. Recommended for men over 50 or men over 40 at higher risk of prostate cancer.
